It’s always a good idea to have a friend with you at the track. Your friend should be licensed and able to drive your vehicle if required. It’s also nice to have another set of eyes, ears and hands to help you out with the logistics involved throughout the day.
Water and sports drinks are your best bet. It’s important to stay hydrated throughout the day, and we strongly encourage you to hydrate a few days in advance during our warmer-weather events. The snack bar at the track is typically available, but you should come prepared just in case.
Well, you’re gonna have to sit down somewhere! Despite what all of our non-riding friends might think, you don’t just “sit on the bike and twist the throttle”. Riding a bike is a lot of work, and you’re going to want somewhere to relax between sessions.
No, seriously. You’d be surprised how many times we have seen a rider make the multi-hour haul to the track, and they left their motorcycle’s key back in the garage! Double-check that you have your key when you leave, and then check again after that.
